Individual Therapy
Individual therapy starts with you. Together, we’ll explore how you understand the challenges that bring you to therapy and identify what’s working in your life—and what isn’t. I begin from a curious, non-judgmental place, helping you uncover insights and discover paths to meaningful change.
My approach is integrative and strengths-based, combining evidence-based techniques from:
Psychoanalytic Theory
Psychodynamic Therapy
Brief Relational Psychotherapy
Family Systems Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Additionally, I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an effective method for addressing trauma and other distressing life experiences. While I work with clients of all ages, my experience extends to helping individuals address a wide range of concerns, including managing ADHD with executive functioning coaching.
As someone from a multicultural background, I understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to empower you with tools and skills that support your growth far beyond our work together.
