If you are curious about what it would be like to work together, the first step is a complimentary 30-minute consultation.

You can tell me a little about what has been going on and what prompted you to reach out now. I’ll ask some questions, answer yours, and give you my sense of whether I think I can be helpful.

Many people are not sure whether what they are dealing with is primarily trauma, ADHD, anxiety, a relationship pattern, burnout, or something else. Part of my job is to help you think that through and figure out what would be most helpful for you.

The same is true if you are considering couples therapy, an intensive, or coaching and are unsure which format fits.

WHERE I WORK

Psychotherapy is provided by telehealth to clients in New York and Connecticut and, where permitted, in PSYPACT-participating states.

Coaching and professional consultation are separate services, and geographic requirements may differ.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The consultation is a chance for both of us to get a feel for whether working together makes sense.

We can talk about what you would like help with, anything that has or has not been useful in previous therapy, and what you are hoping will be different this time.

You are welcome to ask me about how I work, fees, scheduling, insurance reimbursement, or anything else you want to know before making a decision.

If I think someone else would be better suited to what you need, I will tell you.
